Frequently Asked Questions

Is therapy only for people in crisis?

Not at all. Therapy can be a space to explore whatever feels stuck, tender, or unclear. You don’t need to be in crisis—it’s enough to be curious about yourself or your life.

I welcome all adults aged 18 and over, from any background or identity.

Yes. I offer both face-to-face sessions in Clapham and Central London, and secure online sessions for those further afield.

I offer both. Some clients come for a set number of sessions, while others work with me over a longer period. We review together after around six sessions to see what feels right.

The initial consultation (up to 50 minutes) is a chance to talk about what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and see how it feels to work together. It’s slightly more structured than usual sessions and includes time to talk about practicalities.

Research shows that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in therapy. That’s why I offer a free initial consultation—to give you the space to see whether this feels like a supportive fit for your needs.

I offer a sliding scale and a small number of concessionary places—please feel free to ask about availability if cost is a barrier.

You can reach me via the [Contact] page to arrange a free initial session—online or in person.
