Therapy begins with relationship—with feeling met, heard, and accepted
I offer a reflective and grounded space for meaningful conversation, gentle exploration, compassionate enquiry and deepened self-understanding. My approach draws from mindfulness, psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives, and Buddhist-informed principles—all held within a safe, relational, and inclusive framework.
With over a decade in the mental health field, and a private practice since 2020, I bring steadiness, presence, and sensitivity to each session. My earlier work as a Behavioural Analyst supporting children on the autism spectrum taught me the importance of attunement, and of meeting each person exactly as they are.
To me, therapy is not about fixing. It’s about meeting what is here—with kindness, curiosity, and the spaciousness for something new to emerge.
I am particularly drawn to working with themes of identity, belonging, and life transitions—those moments where we ask, “Who am I now?”
I also welcome exploration of dreams and symbolic material, including shadow and archetypal content from Jungian psychology. These often reveal parts of ourselves we’ve tucked away, and I gently welcome them into the therapeutic space.

I work using Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapy (MBCPP)—an integrative approach that blends psychodynamic theory, a mind-body connection, and awareness-based tools. Our work unfolds moment by moment, shaped at your pace and by what arises in the present for you. Just as each of us holds pieces of a unique puzzle, therapy offers a space to gently explore how these pieces come together. With curiosity and compassion, we begin to recognise how seemingly separate moments of your life connect—and inform the whole.

Difference is welcomed here. I work with clients from all walks of life and hold a confidential, non-judgemental space that affirms diverse identities and lived experiences. I am particularly committed to supporting clients around themes of race, gender, culture, and neurodiversity.

The therapeutic relationship is central to how I work. I hold a warm, welcoming, attentive space where you can explore what feels difficult or uncertain, what’s seeking change and reconnect with your inner resources.
